      Hi,
      Anything that happens that results in people being killed is a catastrophe. Astronauts have died over the years.
      When we drive down the road there is a risk we will have an accident. When we fly in a plane there is a risk we will crash. When people travel in space there is a risk they will be killed. As we understand more about space the safer it will become.
      We continue to move forward, but there is always a risk.
