• Question: what will happen if a plant near earth explodes

      Hi,
      I assume you mean ‘planet’.
      The planet would break into lots of chunks of rock. These rocks would be spread around from the source of the explosion. Some of those rocks would reach Earth. The smaller rocks would burn up in the atmosphere. The larger ones would hit the surface of the Earth. They would leave craters and cause a large amount of dust to enter the atmosphere. A similar event that led to the extinction of the dinasours.
