This is very unlikely! Firstly the only chance of an astronaut getting “lost” I when they go outside the ISS for a space walk. When they do so, there are always at least a minimum of 2 astronauts who will always be on the lookout for each other as well as performing their tasks. They have to tether themselves at all times to hooks on the station, which are plentiful. These events are rigorously practiced on Earth so that it becomes second nature when they are up there.
