Burping is usually to do with a build up of gas working it’s way upwards. I don’t know if you can burp in space, there’s no gravity to have somewhere designated as up for the gas to move too. The food the astronauts eat will be designed to reduce the chance of a gas build up.
Technically yes, and technically no. Gravity helps keep gas traveling up clear of heavier fluid and food in the stomach. Without gravity, burps turn out a bit wet. It sounds a bit unpleasant and a lot like vomiting, really. 😉
