Nope. I’d like to do the one in Russia. There are vomit comets in USA, Europe and Russia, but the one in Russia pulls the highest Gs. Before that though I’d love to go for a flight on the European one with the epic Jean-Francois (French astronaut) who does all the European parabolic flights.
They just upgraded the European plane – the old one (with astronaut&stars on the tail) is now parked in Cologne airport carpark and you can walk up to it and visit anytime (next to Terminal D / long distance buses) https://twitter.com/AusAndgie7/status/735899370328068096
Hi, there are indeed a small scale version of a Vomit Comment- it’s called a drop tower. ESA uses one in Breman in Germany. It’s not really small…it’s 146m tall, but it does allow ground based research in microgravity. For really smaller experiments on cells we can also use a random position machine, which spins the cells in different direction so that they never settle in one place.

Is there a way to make small versions for the lab to help with experiments on earth?

Cool! Is it quite cheap?
