I dont know about Tea, but I love my coffee! NASA is working on a really cool Coffee Cup that works using surface tension so that you can drink from an open cup rather than from a straw and a bag. Which is great since they also recently delivered the first expresso machine to orbit. Check it out:

I guess this would work for nice hot cup of tea as well!
