• Question: Where do the things in a black hole get sucked to?

      They don’t really go anywhere. Inside a black hole the gravity is very strong, so strong in fact, that even light gets pulled in – this is why they appear black. At the very centre of the black hole is something called a singularity, where the gravity is so strong everything is crushed completely and the mass of the object that has been crushed is added to the total of the black hole.
