      Hi 8P form!!

      Snow is classified depending on crystal shape and dimensions. According to the most used classification system there are 84 different types of snow crystals. These range from the elementary needle to more complex forms like the snow crystals you see on christmas cards.

      Due to the really low temperatures here at Concordia we have only 11 possible forms of crystals. All of them are quite simple.
