• Question: if you could go to space for 10 minuets what would you do?

      Hi Bumblebeedan,

      If it is really only for 10 minutes, I would probably try to enjoy floating through the air and take a few pictures of the Earth. I would also like to leave some seeds behind in a small CubeSat satellite and then pick the CubeSat up a few years later to see which species have survived and why.

      I would get into a space suit, get out of the vehicle I arrived in and far away from it (so there was nothing between me and Earth) and just float there, watching Earth from orbit.

      Like Jonathan I think I would head outside for a space walk and explore! I think that would be an amazing experience!!

      Let’s hope that Tim has the chance when he goes to the ISS!!

      Hi Dan,
      the truth is, that to get into a space suit you would need several hours. So forget about a spacewalk if you only have 10 minutes, you’d spend all the time trying to wear that suit and you will miss all the fun!
      I would rather get to the closes window and chill out there, floating and looking at our wonderful blue planet below 😉
