Question: Do you have a clear view of different stars in Antarctica which others couldn`t see?

The view of stars here is really clear as we don’t have any light pollution and a low humidity. Also during the long polar night when we didn’t see the sun for over 100 days gave us plenty of time to look at them!

Antarctica is in the Southern Hemisphere so we are looking at the sky from a different perspective so we can see stars that you don’t see in England! Likewise you can see stars which we can’t down here in Antarctica!!

It was great to walk out of the door after lunch and clearly see the milky way!! We have also enjoyed some awesome auroras here too!
