• Question: Do you get annoyed at you colleagues??

      Oh yes, as with friends, relatives and in every relationship, sometimes you get annoyed also at colleagues. The important thing is always to face the problems and misunderstandings together and together find a way out of them!

      Living in such close proximity and isolation with so few people (13) there is great potential for us to get annoyed with each other!!

      However before we came to live here we had intensive Human Behavior and Performance training as a crew at the European Astronaut Center in Cologne. This taught us how to work well together as a crew and has been really useful.

      Tim will also receive this training from the same team before he leaves for the ISS!
