• Question: Is there any ab-normal stuff we do in space but not at home?

      Hi,
      Astronauts do lots of normal things: they sleep, brush their teeth, have breakfast and all the sorts of normal things you get to do at home.

      Unusual things they get to do include- floating about and doing experiments you can only do in microgravity, like playing with balls of water. In this Youtube video you can see ESA astronaut Alexander Gerst and his crew playing with a GoPro in a water bubble; I think it’s a great video because you can see how much fun they have exploring science on the ISS
