Hi Kieran,
There are many similarities to living underwater and spaceflight. The closest similarities are the isolation of both and working together in a remote team. NASA has an underwater lab called NEEMO (https://www.nasa.gov/mission_pages/NEEMO) and astronauts go there for some of their training. Tim Peake did a mission there!
The dangers of living underwater are similar to spaceflight as you cannot just go out in the open and this is a great way to train future astronauts.
People are not weightlessness in underwater labs but they can train for space walks in big pools such as the one at the European Astronaut Centre in Cologne and at NASA’s Neutral Buoyancy Laboratory (NBL) in Houston (http://www.esa.int/Our_Activities/Human_Spaceflight/Astronauts/Spacewalk_training)

Yep- it’s a lot drier though 🙂
Because floating in space is similar to floating in water ( without the resistance of the water) astronauts train underwater for space walks in very big swimming pools.
