Somewhat. During lift-off, landing and spacewalks astronauts wear a Maximum Absorption Garment for these purposes. They’re used because astronauts are not able to remove their space suits during long operations, such as spacewalks that usually last for several hours!
I have a funny story here:
When Kjell was on a spacewalk last year he called down to ask about a label on the outside of the space station that was pretty faded. He then asked “do i want to know how old this is?” and Houston said “Nope. You were probably in nappies” Kjell laughed and said “I’m STILL in nappies!!” 😉 😉
