• Question: how did you think of making a website to inspire women

      Thank you for your question! I started Rocket Women to inspire girls around the world to consider a career in science because I’d been inspired by so many women throughout my career. I wanted to give these women a platform to inspire others globally. I’m currently interviewing women in STEM around the world and featuring their inspirational stories on Rocket Women.

      More so, the capabilities of technology and science will only reach 50% of their potential if only 50% of the population take an interest at a young age. This is also why it’s so important to encourage young girls to pursue their interests in science.
