Tim’s very fit and trained every day almost on the treadmill, so he was good with the marathon – difference in space is that it is more painful on your whole body because you have a tight upper body harness attached to a bungee so the pressure on his shoulders towards the end was pretty painful – he ran faster at the end because his legs felt great but his shoulders hurt. His legs only ached like normal after a long run 🙂 He did lots of stretches so they didn’t ache for long.
