• Question: what's the worst thing that's happened whilst you have been in the support team?

      Last weekend we had a fire alarm at 3.30 in the morning because of an oil leak in the main generator. Luckily we could solve the problem, and use the backup generator while we fixed it. Without generator we probably only survive a few days in the cold..
