• Question: What is your least favorite thing about space

      My least favorite thing has not happened yet. But it will be when we start sending manned missions far away (like Mars) because then the signals will take a long time to reach from Earth to the spacecraft (and then back). This will be really tricky for the flight controllers and for the astronauts. Imagine having to wait 30min for the answer everytime you need to ask something to the astronauts. Or imagine being an astronaut but not being able to speak directly to your friends and family on Earth. You have to send a message and wait the same 30min for your answer.
      This will be tricky but I’m sure we’ll think of good ways to handle it! 🙂
