• Question: What do you think would happen if we discovered extra terrestrial beings? Have plans been put in place for if that happened?

      First of all, when we send spacecraft to other planets, we make sure they are very clean. Every space agency agreed that we should not contaminate other planets. That also makes sure if we find signs of life, we did not bring it with us!
      If we found intelligent life, we would try to communicate with it. We are curious and want to learn.
      If it is basic lifeforms such as the bacteria on Earth, we would study it in a laboratory. We are interested how it is different from what we know on Earth.
