  Not much I presume 🙂
  For one thing it is reaaaally far, and also a diamond is not always pretty. There are plenty of industrial grade diamonds used on saws and tools…and you won’t make a ring out any of those 🙂

  Probably nothing and the problem is that 55 Cancri e is really far way. Even if we develop our technologies so much that we can travel at the speed of light, it would still take 41 years (yes, years!) to get. Plus 41 years to return. I think it is not a very pratical way to get diamonds. 😉
