Zero G affects you in many ways, a lot of which we don’t even know much about yet. Your muscles and bones weaken, the pressure in your eyes change which can affect your vision. Also your blood is distributed in different amounts in your body, for example there’s more blood in your head which is why astronauts sometimes appear to have red, puffy faces. All these effects are temporary, and yet astronauts take months to readjust to earth’s gravity once they return!
