      At the moment, no spaceship goes that fast, and no spacecraft has artificial gravity.
      The speed question is difficult to answer, we do not know how to go faster than light.
      For the gravity point, there are designs for a long duration exploration spaceship which spins in order to simulate the force of gravity. This would certainly help with problems like bone and muscle loss which today’s astronauts have to deal with.
