With an often higher risk of radiation, people could live a bit shorter, but not so many people stayed in space for a really long time like 5 years, so its hard to tell..
The longest someone has lived continuously in space is less than 2 years. I think we would be ok up to 5 years with today’s techniques for keeping the body healthy (thanks to research done in the ISS). However, the bone and muscle loss will always be a limit to how long humans can be without gravity.
But 5 years is long enough to explore and come home!
