      There is a large storage of food on the space station. Enough for 6 people for 18 months. Each 3 months a new supply ship arrives to deliver new food and remove the rubbish.
      There are vegetarian meals on-board. However, there is a whole medical team who monitor what the crew eats, and they must be sure the crew is eating all the essential food types they need. I do not know of any crew who was a vegetarian.
      And yes, i like chocolate !
