If you are talking about the crew on ISS. As Alex mentioned they usually all sleep at the same time. If you are talking about the ground then there are ISS flight controllers supporting the space station 24/7. At COLCC we operate with a ground team of three people at night (if we are not doing any active science). One Columbus Flight Director, in charge of the shift, one STRATOS in charge of all the Columbus Systems and one GSOC GC in charge of all the ground systems we need in order to communicate with ISS.
