  Rational: because I like to think things though logically, free of emotion and popular opinion, to work out the truth of a particular problem. This is important in all parts of life – but is vital for engineers who need to base decisions on very rational choices.
  
  Quirky: because I’m a bit strange! I saw a video last night that my friend took and I was licking ice off my beard – even I thought that was odd. I didn’t even know I was doing it…
