Today, I had half a roll, with cheese and pickle on it, which was then grilled. Delicious.
Here in Antarctica, we seem to use a lot more calories when we work outside, which is why we can eat unhealthy things like that for breakfast and not get too fat! It’s also nice that we have a chef here who makes nice food all the time. When I’m back in Europe I’ll have to be more responsible and eat well like Delma!
I either have a bowl of muesli, porridge (in the winter 🙂 ) or wholemeal toast with peanut butter. Lots of sustainable energy sources to keep my brain firing until lunch!
