• If anyone is having trouble getting into the live chat, it’s probably because it’s very busy – if you’re still having trouble after refreshing – contact Josh on 01225 326892
• Teachers, make sure the students are logged in; they should see their username in the top right hand corner of the screen next to ‘logout’ – if they can’t see this, they’re not logged in.
• Put an @ in front of the name of the person you’re talking to.
• Please don’t write full sentences in capital letters.
